About JFP – Just Feel Powerful

Just Feel Powerful is more than just a name—it's an attitude. A philosophy that sees strength training not just as a means of physical transformation, but as a path to mental strength, self-confidence, and true self-realization.

My fascination with physical strength began early – as a child, influenced by iconic action heroes like Rocky , Rambo , Commando , and Conan the Barbarian . In comics and animated series, the image of the hero was just as clear: muscular, powerful, and aesthetic. These depictions aroused not only admiration but also curiosity. I asked myself: How does one achieve such a body? Back then, I didn't yet know that behind these appearances lay years of training, discipline, and a targeted diet.

My father—an artist himself—fostered my fascination with the human body in creative ways. I drew heroic figures, modeled muscles in clay, and realized early on that body art could be a form of art. Sports didn't play a central role in my life at that time. I was a bookworm, a passionate film fan, and a gamer—introverted, curious, and immersed in my own world.

It wasn't until years later, with my first push-ups and pull-ups on the door frame, that I developed a personal approach to strength training. I realized: I can shape my body myself. This realization was a turning point. Strength training became a meditation for me—a retreat where I was completely at peace with myself. No team, no dependency—just me, the weight, and my willpower.

When I turned 18, I entered a gym for the first time—not for a trial, but with a signed annual contract. I had waited a long time and knew this place provided the tools I wanted to work with. Like I used to with pen and paper—only now I was working on my own body with dumbbells and machines.

Today, you can hardly tell where I started. Back then, I was 40 kilos lighter, with long hair, shy, and withdrawn. The change wasn't a coincidence, but the result of years of hard work—both physical and mental. I've had the privilege of performing on bodybuilding stages, competing in national and international competitions, and successfully coaching athletes from various disciplines. Together with partners, I founded a personal training studio and now teach aspiring trainers and therapists strength training, nutrition, communication, and business development.

Just Feel Powerful stands for a deeper conviction: everyone can discover their power. Not by chance, but through clarity, knowledge, discipline, and dedication. It's a path—an individual process—and I'm happy to accompany you on it.
