General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Pelaez Sports GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer"). They regulate the provision of coaching, consulting, and training services , the sale of products , and the conduct of seminars and events .

2. Services of the provider

The provider offers the following services and products :
✔ Coaching & consulting in the areas of sports, training, business management & mental training
✔ Sale of products & clothing
✔ Conducting seminars, presentations & events

The exact scope of services is agreed individually with the customer.

3. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded when:
1️⃣ The customer places a booking or order on the website, by email or by phone.
2️⃣ The provider confirms this booking or order in writing or verbally .

4. Prices & Payment Terms

💰 All prices are in CHF.
💳 Payment methods: PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.
📅 Invoices must be paid within 10 days.
⚠ In case of late payment , the provider reserves the right to charge reminder fees or to refuse service .

5. Cancellation & withdrawal

a) For coaching & seminars:

✔ Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance: Free of charge.
✔ Late cancellation or no-show: Full charge.

b) For products:

✔ Unused products can be returned within 14 days .
✔ Return costs are borne by the customer .
✔ No exchange of:
❌ Personalized or used products .

6. Disclaimer

✔ The provider assumes no liability for personal, economic or health consequences of coaching or consulting.
✔ The use of the purchased products or services is at your own risk .
✔ In case of technical problems or failures (e.g. online coaching), the provider will endeavor to find a solution, but assumes no liability for external disruptions.

7. Data protection

✔ The provider treats all customer data confidentially and in accordance with data protection regulations .

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

✔ The provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time .
✔ Customers will be informed of any significant changes .

9. Applicable Law & Place of Jurisdiction

✔ Swiss law applies.
✔ Place of jurisdiction is Rheinfelden, Switzerland.
