Cancellation policy

1. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Customers have the right to cancel their order for products or services within 14 days without giving any reason.

📌 The cancellation period begins:
✔ For services (coaching, consulting, seminars): from the date of booking confirmation.
✔ For products: from the day on which the customer or an authorized person receives the goods.

2. Consequences of revocation

a) Revocation of services (coaching, seminars, consulting)

✔ If the cancellation is made up to 48 hours before the appointment , there will be no costs .
✔ If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours before the appointment , a cancellation fee of 50% of the price will be charged.
✔ In case of no-show or late cancellation the full amount is due .

b) Cancellation when purchasing products

✔ The customer must return the goods unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of cancellation .
✔ The customer bears the return costs .
✔ After receiving the return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days .

There is no right of withdrawal for:

❌ Custom-made or personalized products
❌ Services already started or fully provided
❌ Digital content after the download has begun
