Dir fehlt keine Disziplin. Dir fehlt Struktur.
Inhalt
Was drin steht
01
Was ab 35 normal ist
07
So läuft PRIME Coaching
Standortbestimmung, drei Phasen, die ersten vier Wochen Woche für Woche – damit du vorher weisst, was dich erwartet. Keine Diät, kein Hungern.
08

You're functioning. But you're running on reserve.
From the outside, everything works: career, family, responsibility. On the inside, energy is lower, sleep is lighter, your shape is changing – even though you're not eating more than before. That's not a discipline problem. It's a structure problem – and after 35, hormones join in.

- Self-assessment to fill in
- Hormones, honestly & the belt system

The starting point
Does this sound familiar?
- You're not eating more than before – and still something is settling around your middle that wasn't there.
- You sleep – and still don't wake up recovered.
- A shoulder, a knee or your back has been talking to you for months – and you're sitting it out.
- You do classes, cardio, light weights with lots of reps – and your body doesn't change.
- You've been told it's «normal at a certain age» – and you refuse to accept that.
You're functioning. But you're running on reserve. And reserve is a balance, not a state.
Your body doesn't respond to willpower. It responds to measured stimulus and enough recovery. After 35, your hormones shift on top of that – which is exactly why «eat less, do more classes» stops working. You're not short on discipline. You're short on structure.
Contents
What's inside
No motivation, no shortcuts, no diet. An honest assessment of where you stand, the hormone side without the myths – and a system that shows you which step comes next. Every claim in the e-book is labelled by its evidence.
01
What's normal after 35
Perimenopause, estrogen, progesterone, sleep, belly fat: what really changes – and the four levers that are in your own hands.
02
The four thinking errors
«Heavy makes you bulky», «light and lots», sitting out complaints, no system. Why exactly these four beliefs cost women over 35 the most.
03
The self-assessment
18 honest questions on basics, structure and body. In ten minutes you know where your next lever is – and where it isn't.
04
The JFP belt system
Seven levels from martial arts, transferred to your training. White is the base – and for most women, it's the real training.
05
Maximal strength is the base
Why heavy training after 35 is the strongest stimulus for muscle and bone – and why it won't make you bulky. With the studies, not opinions.
06
Structure, parameters & supplements
What A1/A2 means, how a session is built, tempo, rest, your starting weight – plus an evidence table on supplements for women, creatine included.
07
How PRIME Coaching works
The assessment, three phases, the first four weeks week by week – so you know beforehand what to expect. No diet, no starving.
08
A case from practice
An experienced competitive athlete who gained more at his weakest point than in years at his strongest. His goal was different from yours – his deficits were the same.
09
All the questions you're asking
Will I get bulky? Train differently during my period? Why chest and biceps? The pill, HRT, collagen, creatine, belly fat – 19 answers, honestly.
The belt system
For the first time, you know where you stand
Most women train in the middle of a programme written for someone else – or not at all, because strength training sounds like something for other people. The belt system gives you a map. From the bottom up, and no level is skipped.
The white belt is not a preliminary stage. For women between 35 and 55, it's the training that delivers practically the entire gain.
Who it's for
Who this is meant for
This e-book is for you if you …
- are between 35 and 55 and carry responsibility – at work, at home, or both
- notice your body responding differently than at thirty – and want to know why
- have had enough of diets, classes and programmes made for someone else
- are willing to work with a barbell – even if you've never touched one
- honestly want to know where you really stand
It's not for you if you …
- are looking for a quick fix, a diet or a miracle cure
- believe more discipline alone will solve it
- would rather keep sitting out your complaints than look at them
- won't invest ten minutes in an honest assessment

Who wrote this
My name is José Fabricio Pelaez. I'm a coach, educator and the founder of JFP Athletics and Squat School Basel.
I was Swiss Champion in Classic Bodybuilding and Swiss Vice-Champion two years later. I've been under the barbell since 2007 and coaching since 2014 – women and men who carry a lot of responsibility in daily life and don't need motivation, but a plan they can trust.
What women over 35 often lack is someone who is honest with them: your belly isn't a character flaw, it's hormones plus a missing stimulus. Your shoulder isn't a sign of age, it's a deficit. And your problem isn't a lack of discipline.

FAQ
Quick questions
I've never trained with weights. Is this even for me?
Especially then. The e-book explains everything from the ground up – from the belt system to how a session is built to your starting weight. And the self-assessment shows you whether you should start with training at all, or with sleep and nutrition first.
Will heavy training make me bulky?
No. Women build muscle slowly and, in absolute terms, little – the hormones simply don't allow anything else. What heavy training after 35 actually does is protect muscle and bone. The e-book lays out the studies, with the evidence labelled.
I'm over fifty or already in menopause. Does this still make sense?
Yes – more than at thirty. From perimenopause on, strength training is the most important protection for muscle and bone that you have in your own hands. The women in the study described in the e-book were all postmenopausal.
Why age and goal in the form?
So I can send you content that fits instead of generalities – a 38-year-old with back pain needs something different from a 52-year-old who wants her shape back. Your data is never passed on.
Will I get sales calls afterwards?
No. At the end of the e-book you'll find an offer for a free 15-minute strategy call where we go through your assessment together. Whether you use it is up to you.
